The Challenge
Through their positive, people-first approach, global consulting firm Baringa creates lasting impact for their clients. Baringa approached us to help them communicate this philosophy in a refreshed brand identity.
With the brand to be launched at their annual company-wide event, they were looking to communicate both the importance of the new brand and how it would affect Baringa’s employees at a practical level.

The Solution
Along with a refreshed brand identity, we developed a distinctive visual style for the videos, which we used to develop 15 “shot as live” event films. Each featured members of Baringa’s teams and incorporated footage from all over the globe, presented in a cohesive narrative arc.
In total, we created over 70 minutes of film and motion design content – much of which continues to be used on their website for recruitment and cultural purposes.
